Helen Louise Bain, 94, of Cold Spring, KY passed away on January 12th, 2022. She was the daughter of Homer K Williams and Sophia (nee Walter) Williams. She retired from the IRS after working many years as a tax examiner. She was also a devoted member of the St. Paul’s United Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bill Bain, Daughter, Janie Bain; Sisters; Laura Newing, Betty Hicks and Mildred Peffer. Brothers; Homer, Ray and Kenneth Williams. She is survived by her daughters, Nancy (Mark) Horn and Susan (Greg) Geiman. Grandchildren; Craig (Stephanie) Horn, Becky Horn, Greg Geiman Jr., Alex Geiman and Cameron Addie. Along with great grandchildren; Austin, Ethan, Emma and DJ Horn. Visitation will be held at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, 1 N. Jefferson St., Alexandria, KY 41001 on Monday, January 17th, 2021 from 10am-12pm. Service will begin at 12pm at the church. Burial will immediately follow in Alexandria Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the church at the address above. Cooper Funeral Home is serving the family.

Nancy and Susan,
We can't remember ever seeing your Mom without her beautiful smile! She was your "Aunt" Alice's best friend and our favorite "Aunt". We will treasure all the wonderful memories.

Nancy and Susan, I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was like a second mom to all of the kids on Sunset for so many years. Those were such fun days and treasured memories for me. I will always have a smile when I think of her. Bless you and your families.
