Loretta Barnes, 83, of Newport, KY passed away on December 23rd, 2021. She was the daughter of William Ray and Eldora (nee Monhollen) Siler. Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Leonard Barnes. Children; Leonard, Ricky, Billy and Blaine Barnes, Linda Smallwood and Elaine Richard. She is survived by her children; David, Mark (Sandra), Michael (Christina) and Rodney (Teresa) Barnes, Junetta (Joseph) Alexander, Mary Lunn and Betty (Matt) Brown. Along with 34 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Cooper Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 28th, 2021 from 5pm-7pm. Service will begin at 7pm. Graveside burial will take place on Wednesday, December 29th, 2021 at 10am in Peach Grove Cemetery. Cooper Funeral Home is serving the family.
