Obituary for Stanley Love

Stanley Love, 74, of Falmouth, KY passed away on April 6th, 2019 at Mercy Anderson Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He served in the United States Army and served during Vietnam in 1965 ~ 1966, and continued serving in death as an organ donor. Stanley was the past Fire Chief of Northern Pendleton FD, E.M.T, Fire School Instructor, Little League Football and Baseball Coach, Upward Basketball Coach, sat on the Pendleton County Zoning and Planning and at time of death he was on the Falmouth City Council.
He leaves behind his loving wife Violet (Crail) Love of 53 years. Children; Peggy (Chris) Brueggen, Nancy (Chris) Green, Vicky (Brian) Henley, Jim (Jamie) Love, Lonnie (Cathy) Love and Eric (Jan) Love. Along with 22 grandchildren and 19 great great grandchildren. Siblings; Betty, Ruth and Bob. He was preceded in death by his son Billy Shriner in 2001.
A visitation will be held at Cooper Funeral Home in Alexandria, KY on Thursday April 11th, 2019 from 4~8pm. Service will be held at the funeral Home on Friday at 11am. Burial will follow at the Veterans North Cemetery in Williamstown, with full military honors. So sorry to here of Stanleys passing. A loving and caring family man who also gave so much to every community that he lived in throughout his life. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He and his family are in our prayers.
