I am so saddened to hear of Rick's passing. I have worked with him since I first started at the EPA. Rick was always kind and friendly and I looked forward to talking with him. I could always depend that he would make sure everything was done right. He was a vital part of our team. He will be missed.

I’m so sad Rick. It’s hard to believe you’re not here. 50 years of friendship is a long time and I’m glad to have known you. I have so many memories. Times we would sneak out. ( the one time mom caught ya). lol. Or how about when we waited til your mom went to sleep and took her car. Many times I thought you were going to kill jr. You were constantly telling him he better run! lol. Or the many times you would cone camping with the fam when we were growing up. And always being there for me when I was a tad on the wild side. I have so many more memories and I will cherish them all. I love you my friend rest easy. I’ll see you again.

Rick was the most kindest and giving person. We were not related by blood, but You were like my brother. Spending time with you was always such a pleasure and full of laughs. You were always there, bad times and good. You will forever be in my heart Rick. So many great memories. You will be greatly missed by many. I'll see ya again some day. Love you forever "Brother". 😇🙏❤️
