Marjorie Florence Good, 86 of Cold Spring KY entered the gates of heaven on February 18th, 2023. Marjorie was born and educated in Detroit, Michigan. Marjorie was the daughter of Lawrence and Florence (Jones) Mooney. Marjorie had retired from the Jacobson Department Store chain where she was a bridal consultant and had modeled. While at Jacobsons, Marjorie was so sensitive and proficient at assisting female cancer survivors she was known in Detroit newspaper articles and store advertisements as “The Figure Woman.” She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Gerald Mooney. Marjorie is survived by her loving husband, Dr. Cecil Good. Sons; Thomas (Christine) Good and Matthew (Lisa) Good. Grandchildren; Dr. Deborah Good, Daniel (Hope) Good, Lucy Good and Betty Good. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cold Spring where she also served as a Sunday School teacher. Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 25th, 2023 at First Baptist Church of Cold Spring, 4410 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, KY 41076 from 10am-11:30am. Service will begin at the church at 11:30. Cooper Funeral Home is serving the family.
