Carol Ann Starkey, 75 of Alexandria KY passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 5th, 2023. She was the daughter of Carroll Black and Betty (Clark) and John Pferrman. She had worked at Hopple Plastics. Carol was a member of the House of Deliverance. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Fred Starkey, step-son Darryl Starkey, brothers James and Jackie Pferrman and granddaughter, Amber Hounshell. She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Reba (John) Curtis, Crystal (John) Schultz, Kimberly Kampsen and Stacy Stewart. Sons; Daniel (Donna) Partin, David (Michelle) Partin and Leon (Mary) Peace. Step-son Rodney Starkey. Brother; Ronald Pferrman. Sister; Sandra (Kenneth) West. Along with 20 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 9th, 2023 at House of Deliverance Church, 626 Washington St, Newport KY 41071 from 11am-2:30pm. Service will begin at the church at 2:30. Entombment will immediately take place after in Alexandria Cemetery. Cooper Funeral Home is serving the family.
